·  Neus: mineraal en wasachtig, zeer fruitig met pruim en aardbei. Het profiel is nobel en rechtdoorzee zonder excessief te worden
·  Mond: nobel hout is de eerste impressie, gedroogd hout meerbepaald, de mineraliteit krijgt een meer ziltig, maritiem profiel met pruimen.
·  Afdronk: langdurig, sappig en verfijnd, opnieuw zeer fruitig met een profiel dat met momenten doet denken aan Clynelish
